No doctor–patient relationship with Sahej
Using Sahej does not create a doctor–patient relationship with Sahej. Clinical care is provided solely by the independent Provider you choose. Your relationship for medical care is with that Provider.
Emergencies
Do not use Sahej for medical emergencies. If you or someone else may be experiencing an emergency — such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, signs of a stroke, or thoughts of self-harm — call 112 (emergency) or 108 (ambulance) immediately, or go to the nearest hospital.
About listings and ratings
Provider names, specialities, locations and ratings may be sourced from public directories and third-party reviews, and are provided “as is”. Ratings reflect third-party feedback and are not a guarantee of quality. During our launch phase, some listings may not yet be independently verified by Sahej.
Independent Providers
Providers are independent professionals responsible for their own qualifications, registrations, clinical judgement and the care they deliver. Sahej does not practise medicine and is not responsible for the clinical services provided.
No monetised referrals
Sahej does not pay, or accept, fees for referring patients to registered medical practitioners in exchange for a share of consultation fees. Any referral relationships are limited to lawful care coordination, consistent with applicable medical-ethics regulations.
